Enterprise Sales Manager – Job Description

To help complete this recovery – and drive us into the post-pandemic era – we are recruiting an experienced salesperson to help us engage corporate customers as they continue to return to the office.

 

What you’ll do

  • Leverage your existing relationships to sell Second Home’s large office products – mainly to brokers, real estate/workplace managers, and executives from Operations, Finance, and HR
  • Drive significant revenue growth in Los Angeles through high value transactions and enterprise customer segment
  • Manage the mid-funnel sales cycle – qualification, tour and contract negotiation
  • Maintain your existing and develop new relationships with real estate brokers and other channel/referral partners
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure the customer experience is delivered pre and post sale
  • Provide professional insight into product development

  • You can creatively problem solve when there is no existing “playbook” for you to follow
  • You don’t require a tried-and-true sales process or product-set in order to get moving
  • You are proactive and hands-on and take ownership and responsibility for your work
  • You are client focused and know how to build rapport, trust and long-term relationships
  • You are equally comfortable working on planning and strategy and doing hands-on delivery
  • You are highly credible and comfortable representing the company externally
  • You are a mult-tasker able to manage multiple sale opportunities simultaneously
  • You go the extra mile and roll up your sleeves when a job needs to be done

Must haves

  • 5+ years experience in transactions and/or business development in commercial real estate, preferably within co-working or flexible operator models
  • Experience working with real estate brokers, and real estate executives
  • Experience in a closing role, preferably with new clients
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm, relatability and humor, and a comfortable in-person manner, as well as over the phone and via email
