Operations Administrative Coordinator– Hollywood

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$22.00/hour

Status: Full -Time

Reports to: General Manager

Operations Administrative Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)

The Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of all aspects of the company – reporting to the General Manager to ensure member satisfaction throughout the campus by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service.

Work with the operations, human resources and finance team to ensure that all administrative elements of the company are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research vendors, bidding and vetting
  • Organize and maintain records
  • Accounting member communications
  • Liaison with service providers and contractors to ensure regular activities are undertaken
  • Help with event set up and break down
  • Assist GM with operational issues
  • Act as a liaison for employee transactions
  • Assist HR as needed
  • Schedule meetings as required
  • Answering emails in a timely manner
  • Procurement and placing orders for products and materials
  • Cover reception as need/when required
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite
  • Must be proficient in computers/technology
  • Preferred experience using POS systems and Asana
  • Knowledge of industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good understanding of facility operations, a strong interest in design and a keen eye for detail
  • An excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a high level of service
  • Ability to work under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous
  • Eager to learn and figure out how things work
  • Flexible schedule (some events won’t be finished until late evening)
  • Reliable, task-driven individual
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Be able to work without supervision
