We are looking an exceptional Recruitment & HR Manager to be responsible for providing full support and advice to management and employees across the business.

Working closely with our COO, you will support and advice on a number of HR related queries from disciplinary and grievances through to absence and performance management. You will be supporting primarily the UK and Portugal teams.

You will also be required to conduct recruitment activities across all three global locations: Los Angeles, London and Lisbon.

This is a hands-on role - if you have a similar HR experience in a startup, international or creative environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and coordinating critical HR processes such as pre-employment screening and Employee referrals
- Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
- Liaising and building relationships with current network of recruitment agencies as well as direct recruitment to reduce costs
- Developing and maintaining appropriate template letters and documentation to support procedures
- Sourcing candidates (using the most appropriate methods including internal referral scheme, websites, direct advertising and recruitment agents)
- Be first port of call for employee sick line and manage sickness in line with team managers and business guidelines and process.
- Line manage and develop the HR Assistant
