Questions? We've got you.

What’s included with Second Home membership?

All plans – Resident, Roaming and Office membership – include utilities, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, Second Home app access, guest access, printing credits, meeting‑room credits, and access to our Community and cultural programmes.

What’s the difference between Resident and Roaming membership in London?

Resident Membership includes your own dedicated desk, 24/7 access at select locations, meeting room credits, and the option to host guests twice daily.

Roaming Membership offers unlimited hot desking across our workspaces in East and West London, guest access once per week, but doesn’t include meeting room credits.

Do you offer Coworking Day Passes?

Yes – our Coworking Day Passes let you work for a day in our London or Lisbon workspaces. Includes WiFi, coffee, and access to shared areas.

Is there parking, bike storage, or other amenities available?

London:
Whilst parking is not available at our London locations, all our spaces have bike storage, lockers, showers, phone booths, kitchen stations, and our in-house café, La Despensa. Please note that bike storage and lockers are available to members only.

Lisbon:
Whilst parking and bike storage are not available at our Lisbon location, there are plenty of transportation options within walking distance. Our space has lockers, showers, phone booths and our in-house café, La Despensa.

Are you dog-friendly?

London:
Yes, we love dogs, but please ensure they are well-trained and always kept on a lead, unless you are in a Private Office or meeting room. Please note – pet access is reserved for our full-time members only.

Lisbon:
Due to the Time Out Market restrictions – where we are located – we are unable to allow dogs into our space. Service dogs are allowed with specific access restrictions. Please speak to our membership team for more information.
