Ciné Club: En Route to Baghdad

En Route to Baghdad is a documentary that details the life and humanitarian work of Sérgio Vieira de Mello, the UN Commissoner for Human Rights who was killed in a bombing attack on the UN headquaters in Baghdad.

Sérgio Vieira de Mello was a man who endeavoured to bring peace and security to countries like Rwanda, Mozambique, Cambodia and East Timor, and to celebrate Human Rights Day we will be screening the documentary.

The film will be introduced by the director and producer herself, Simone Duarte, and journalist at Público, Alexandra Prado Coelho.
