Emme founded Mesa Nòmada, Mexico City’s well-known pop-up dining experience with the aim of diversifying culinary experiences, creating something new and memorable for all guests that experience it. Mesa Nómada is the creation of an artistic and technological community that collaborates within a culinary environment. The culinary experiment has been to Mexico City, Tulum, London, Ibiza, Burning Man, New York, and at private events worldwide. Previous experience includes Michelin-starred STUD!O and NOMA in Copenhagen, and NOMA Tulum.

Hana is a serial entrepreneur and startup advisor, with expertise spanning digital marketing, app development, luxury hospitality, technology, and design. Her passion for connecting and elevating people across industries led her to begin Re:Boot Experiences to impact change among future leaders. Ever the collaborator, she believes in the power of intentional travel and dining together to unite people from all different cultures and backgrounds.
