Vinay leads Lightful with a determination to transform how people and beyond-profit organisations use digital tools to positively impact the world. Prior to this, he was a director at Social and Sustainable Capital (SASC) and has held senior positions at Acumen Fund and the Clinton Foundation.

Isabella is responsible for the recruitment, retention, culture and wellbeing of Lightful’s team. Since joining in May 2017, the company has grown from a passionate group sitting around one big table to a committed, multi-disciplinary team of over 50 people.
