Simple French Food

A five course dinner inspired by Richard Olney's classic cookbook Simple French Food, brought to you by chef Oli Launay (Moro, St John, Auberge de Chassignolles) and award-winning sommelier and wine writer Ruth Spivey.

American writer, painter and cook Richard Olney lived in the village of Sollies-Toucas in Provence for four decades. His love of wine and rustic French cooking, as well as his dedication to seasonality and refined simplicity have influenced generations of chefs and food writers.

The evening will be a celebration of la cuisine de bonne femme and promises to be un grand gueuleton* a tout casser!
