Trouva, the destination for homewares from the best independent boutiques, has undergone a fundamental shift in the last 12 months. Within a year. they have transformed from operating primarily in the UK, to working with hundreds of independents across 12 European markets and rapidly expanding its international customer base.
In this workshop, you’ll get a unique opportunity to learn from Trouva’s co-founder and CPO Alex Loizou on what to consider from a commercial, operational and customer point of view when launching into a new market for the first time.
