Trouva, the destination for homewares from the best independent boutiques, has undergone a fundamental shift in the last 12 months. Within a year. they have transformed from operating primarily in the UK, to working with hundreds of independents across 12 European markets and rapidly expanding its international customer base.
In this workshop, you’ll get a unique opportunity to learn from Trouva’s co-founder and CPO Alex Loizou on what to consider from a commercial, operational and customer point of view when launching into a new market for the first time. Alex will share concrete examples for how Trouva tackled some of these considerations, as well as their process for deciding what to prioritise and when.
Some highlights from this session include how to make remote collaboration easier and more effective, what to consider when recruiting remotely and how to build a team culture across borders.
