Join us for a very special supper club with baker Apollonia Poilâne and Phuong Tran, Executive Chef of Second Home’s new restaurant Andrew’s Place.
Apollonia Poilâne, the third generation baker from the world-renowned Poilâne bakery founded in Paris in 1932, releases her debut cookbook, Poilâne: The Secrets of the World-Famous Bread Bakery.
Come and try the perfect sourdough, flown over straight from the ovens in Paris, as Phuong will put on a feast paying homage to the famed Parisian bread.
Apollina Poilâne will also be in conversation with an LA food critic whilst you enjoy bread that has come directly from Paris with her.
This event celebrates the opening of Andrews Place, a contemporary California eatery created specifically for Second Home. Helmed by Chef Phuong Tran of Croft Alley, Andrew’s Place serves approachable, high-quality food with seasonal ingredients, some of which grown on-site in the Second Home garden.
