Film Screening

Blow-Up

08 Sep 2016

 / 5:30pm to 9:00pm
 / Free

Join us for a very special screening of Michelangelo Antonioni’s seminal 1966 film Blow-Up.

The free screening will be taking place in the iconic Holland Park studio where the film was shot – which will be transformed into a beautiful new Second Home in early 2017.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the legendary film, we’re hosting drinks beforehand with Philippe Garner – recently retired as a Deputy Chairman at Christies, and biographer of photographer John Cowan, whose studio was based in the space in the 1960s.

Philippe will be in conversation with 60s model Jill Kennington, who worked extensively on groundbreaking images with John Cowan. They’ll be discussing swinging London, and how its fashion and art scene influenced Blow-Up.
