A culinary journey through Bompas & Parr’s creative practice taking in jelly, cooking with plasma and moments of mid peril.
Co-founder of Bompas & Parr, Sam Bompas will share their approach to creating multi-sensory experiences, including countless strange and unusual stories about how our senses work and all the studio’s secrets gleaned working on projects for the likes of Coca-Cola, Mercedes and LVMH, as well as cultural institutions such as The Barbican and San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
In honour of Santos Populares, there will also be tasters for your experienced palate including a gourmet sardine tasting.
Sam joins us as part of our year-long events programme in partnership with the British Embassy, bringing the best of British entrepreneurs, thinkers and innovators to Lisbon.
