In this session Strategy Director at Saffron, Paul Allen, will talk about how companies can inspire their employees to live by the brand values.
Paul has led the global brand strategy for Hakkasan Group and has also worked on brand strategy, innovation and consumer co-creation projects for the likes of Orange France, BT, The Sun, Channel 4 and P&G.
In this talk he will look at how you take a brand's promise or central organising idea, and translate it into a set of values and associated behaviours in the form of a Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as well as make you think about the different types of brands (B2B, B2C) and the impact of working in different sectors.
