Sicilian chef and food enthusiast, Alessandra Lauria, will share her expertise and pass on secrets she has learned from her own grandmother – learn how to make two types of fresh pasta, pair it with the right sauce and share an intimate dinner around true Italian flavours.
€30 for a traditional pasta making workshop and dinner, including wine.
Alessandra has recently gone back to Italy for a year to reconnect with her roots, learn more about food and master the art of pasta making with the older generations of Southern Italy.
