The NHS has recently announced a number of initiatives designed to drive innovation within healthcare. Yet it remains unclear exactly what impact digital technology, in all it forms, will have. While there’s little dispute about the growing importance of digital healthcare provision, a range of issues surrounding its widespread introduction still need to be resolved.
Exploring this issue will be a distinguished panel including:
Ophelia Brown (Principle, Index Ventures)
Dr Maureen Baker (Chair of the Royal College of GPs)
Lord Ara Darzi (Paul Hamlyn Chair of Surgery at Imperial College London)
Michael Macdonnell (Director, NHS England)
Peter Hames (Founder and CEO of Big Health)
