The Speaker: Jeremy Hendon
From growing up on welfare and food stamps with a single mother to building and selling multiple 7-figure businesses, Jeremy Hendon’s entrepreneurial path was anything but conventional. Driven by an early hunger for success, Jeremy climbed the traditional ladder first, earning a law degree from UC Berkeley and landing roles at top law firms and investment banks in NYC and LA. But in 2011, he decided to quit his high-paying job to pursue a scrappy, home-based cereal and granola side project that quickly outgrew his kitchen — a leap that marked the first of many successful ventures by Jeremy and his wife.
Over the next decade, Jeremy and his wife bootstrapped six businesses across D2C wellness, nutritional products, beauty and gut health supplements, and cookbook publishing. They grew one of them, Nourishing Brands, to just under $9M in annual revenue before selling it. Following a handful of exits, Jeremy is now growing Shurakai Holdings, his family’s investment company for active businesses, real estate, and alternative assets — while raising a young family and building memories and wealth for generations to come.
Join us for a conversation with Jeremy as he shares how he went from food stamps to corporate law to building businesses that fund freedom, and why he believes success isn’t just about exits, but what you do after.
