FRAME is a London-based fitness brand which pioneered the boutique pay-as-you-go studio movement in 2009, and has since expanded to 7 locations across the city.

The best-friend duo set out to build a business which would encourage fit, healthy living through high energy and fun-filled classes, and started a gym revolution.

Co-founders of FRAME, Joan Murphy and Pip Black, will be in conversation with Second Home Lisboa General Manager Lucy Crook to discuss their experience building a business from scratch and the challenges you face as you scale.
