In this session, nutritional therapist Jodie Abrahams will explain how to promote skin health from the inside out and give tips on ingredients for natural skincare products that you can find in your own kitchen.

Jodie will discuss how certain nutrients can ease the symptoms of common skin conditions such as acne and eczema, and will also talk about supporting skin to look its best day to day.

Jodie holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She hosts regular workshops and consultations for women and writes for her blog
