Mindfulness and technology are commonly presented as being in opposition to each other.
Too often we are told that the only way to be truly present and connected is to switch everything off.
Rohan Gunatillake, creator of the best-selling Buddhify app, argues that to lead more mindful, calm and happy lives, switching off is, controversially, the last thing that we need to do.
With principles and techniques to bring awareness, composure and kindness into our lives, mindfulness can be practised wherever we are and whatever we are doing.
Rohan combines twelve years experience of working in technology and innovation with an equally extensive background in mindfulness and through his company Mindfulness Everywhere.
Our member-only Be Better programme is designed to get people sharing their skills and knowledge, so that everyone in the community can be better (or even better!) when it comes to work and life.
These informal sessions include business masterclasses, self-improvement workshops and roundtable discussions.
This is a member only event.
