In partnership with Now Serving LA, join chefs René Redzepi, Mette Søberg and Junichi Takahashi for a conversation surrounding the release of Noma 2.0: Vegetable, Forest, Ocean. They will be joined by chef Matty Matheson and The Bear’s director and writer, Chris Storer.
Advance ticket purchase required. All copies of Noma 2.0 will be presigned by the authors and will be available to be picked up at the event.
