Join us as we delve into this 2,000-year-old practice that offers valuable intentional and mindful living lessons. We’ll embark on a collective journey to create our own Japanese calligraphy pieces, exploring the harmonious connection between creativity and finding our flow. Through the transformative power of art, we’ll strive to embrace “無心 mushin,” a flow state of absolute presence.
