Libreria Literary Drinks: The Rum Diary

For the first in our series of literary drinks evenings, we'll be celebrating The Rum Diaries.

Through a mixture of invisible theatre, readings and barrel loads of rum, we'll bring to life Hunter S Thompson's raucous account of late 50’s Puerto Rico, where a group of garrulous U.S. journalists grapple with a country on the brink.

The evening will also include lively discussion on the world-changing events that encapsulate this momentous period.
