Nerina Ramlakhan PhD is a physiologist who specialises in maximising individual and organisational performance for more 15yrs.

The original founder of BUPA’s Corporate Wellbeing Solutions, she advises individuals and companies across several industries from legal and management consultancy to the police services and defence.
