We've invited nutritionist and author Maria Cross to shed light on how different foods impact mood, anxiety and stress levels.
Following a brief overview on how the brain works, you'll learn about eating habits for better mental health and what brain nutrients you'll need to stop signs of depression and dementia.
Maria has been a nutritionist for 25 years, and during that time has been a university lecturer and nutrition consultant. After years of seeing terrific transformations in the mental health of clients by making dietary changes, Maria now dedicates her time to researching and writing about diet and mental health.
