Hear from Chief Business Officer at Google Mo Gawdat on his groundbreaking research into happiness, as outlined in his new book, 'Solve for Happy'.

Mo has spent the last 10 years researching what makes people happy and has distilled his findings into ‘An algorithm for enduring happiness, whatever life brings’.

His journey began in 2001, when Mo realised that despite his success, he was desperately unhappy.

He attacked the problem as an engineer would, examining all the provable facts and scrupulously applying logic.

Eventually, his research and science proved successful, and he discovered his own equation for happiness.

10 years later after the tragic death of his son, Mo's algorithm was put to the test – he and his family turned to the equation and it saved them from a life of despair.

This experience inspired Mo to write Solve for Happy and share his unique insights with the world.
