As part of Lisbon Food Week, Mulheres com Tomates have invited second generation food entrepreneurs to discuss their story of inheriting their parents’ businesses and reinventing them to remain relevant today.
The panel will include producer at Ermelinda de Freitas Joana Freitas, producer at Quinta do Poial Joana Sarrazy, owner of Vila Joya Joy Jung, chef Leopoldo Calhau, producer at Chás Gorreana Madalena Motta and chocolate confectioner at Bettina & Niccolò Corallo Niccolò Corallo.
The discussion will be held in Portuguese and led by journalist and founder of Short Stories, Sandra Nobre.
