Celebrate Pride 2022 with Series Q at Second Home Spitalfield

About the event

If any moment in the LGBTQ+ calendar is about community, it is Pride. So what better a moment to bring together our community of entrepreneurs and creators for a summer party.

It’s also our birthday! Series Q turns six (yes, we can’t believe it either) and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.

In collaboration with our friends at OutBritain and Second Home Spitalfields, you’re invited to kick off your London Pride weekend with Series Q.

Expect complimentary drinks and light snacks as you reconnect with fellow LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs and creators from the Series Q community. If it is your first time joining us, this event will be a great opportunity to meet a wide range of people from our group.

In keeping with our theme of bringing the LGBTQ+ community together, we’re delighted to be joined by Chris Fitchew, founder of SoulPride, who will talk about his work setting up the UK’s first LGBTQ+ wellness festival, now in its third year.

Speaker: Chris Fitchew, founder of SoulPride

Chris Fitchew is the Founder of Wonderment Group – a global events company creating inspirational experiences which ignite creativity, wonder and joy.

He saw a gap needed to be filled for the LGBTQIA community and SoulPride was born: a fabulous fun and vibrant retreat festival in the magical woodlands of Wasing Estate, Berkshire. Now in its 3rd year (Thursday 8th – Sunday 11th September) Soul Pride is a retreat by day and festival by night. The “life changing”, transformational weekend of fitness, yoga, talks, health & wellness workshops, cabaret, theatre & comedy shows, with DJ’s and dancing till late, has been applauded by the community as an alternative to the mainstream queer culture offerings, and welcomes everyone, where ever they are in the self care journey, even just to toe dip, or plug into nature and out of the city.

He presents it as a celebration of all we are and all we can be, uniting the LGBTQIA+ community together, with all allies, for a Pride of healing and nurturing for our mind, body and soul.

“One of the best things to happen to the Queer Community In years” – Cliff Joannou, Attitude Magazine
