Slack – Where Work Happens

In this session Rav Dhaliwal will be covering tips and best practices for new and experienced users to get the most out of Slack – a messaging app for teams.

It will explore advanced search capabilities, using emojis to build simple yet powerful workflows and setting automated reminders.

Rav is a senior manager at Slack and runs their European Customer Success Team.

Prior to this, Rav held leadership positions at a number of hyper growth startups like Zendesk and Yammer, and also spent many years working at larger global companies like Salesforce, IBM and Microsoft.
