Slow Dough Workshop

Join artisan baker and founder of The Bread Companion, Julia Georgallis for an afternoon class covering bread-making basics and learn about the benefits of sourdough, while making something tasty to snack on later.

The Bread Companion is a moving, micro bakery that travels around encouraging people to make, eat and buy good quality sourdough. They use our nomadic wood fired oven to host bread making workshops, and specialise in sourdough, all kinds of yeasty beasties and naturally made ferments.
