Learn how to skilfully navigate through daily challenges and invite more calm and balance into your daily life.

Research shows that stress is a significant threat to health, well-being and performance. With more to do and less time to do it, we are all under pressure. Science shows, stress does not come from the tasks and environment itself, but from our own appraisal of the situation (thoughts and worries about deadlines, expectations and potential results).

We are all facing deadlines, competing priorities and challenging personalities at work. This workshop will help you develop the skills and resilience to manage them. You will learn science-based techniques designed to help busy professionals to optimise their stress response amidst the chaos and frenzy of daily demands.

By participating in this half-day workshop, you will learn:

  • How to start or deepen a mindfulness practice.

  • To identify your stressors and stress symptoms.

  • To increase awareness of what interferes with productive action in your life.

  • Practical hacks to optimise your stress response. and overall well-being.

Palma will use mindfulness, powerful coaching techniques and her background as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards and investors to help you ace your inner game in order to thrive at your outer game.
