West London Mindfulness Centre is introducing a six-week comprehensive mindfulness course at Second Home.
By practising awareness of your moment by moment experience and attention you will notice greater clarity, creativity and wisdom.
Post a course, participants are found to be 28% less stressed and on average $3,000 a year more productive.
Shirleen Jilla – founder of West London Mindfulness Centre – studied Mindfulness at Oxford University and she did her teacher training at the Mindfulness Training Institute.
