We’re creatures of habit and a lot of the time our actions are part of patterns of behaviour that are hard-wired into us at a deep, unconscious level. By learning about how we respond to things, we can start to re-wire our behaviour patterns and mindfully engineer our lives.
Neuroscientist & AI engineer Martin Dinov and designer Dzera Kaytati believe that AI can help us with this. That’s why they’ve founded Maaind – a startup aimed at creating an AI thinking assistant that augments human thinking and intuition.
In this session they’ll share insights into how to how everyday stimuli affect our brains and how we can manage our responses to them to lead more happy and productive lives.
Our member-only Be Better programme is designed to get people sharing their skills and knowledge, so that everyone in the community can be better (or even better!) when it comes to work and life.
These informal sessions include business masterclasses, self-improvement workshops and roundtable discussions.
