Unwrapped Closing Party: gal-dem presents – Industry Womxn Forging Their Own Paths

In celebration of International Women’s Day, gal-dem will be taking over London Fields for the evening to close our Redefining Femininity Series at Unwrapped week.

gal-dem is known for looking beyond the usual narratives, so join assistant music editor Natty Kasambala as she hosts a panel discussion of music industry insiders, to unpack the journeys of visible womxn in the industry, talking everything from accessibility, personal experiences, to tips and tricks for success. Full line-up of speakers to be announced.

After the talk, we're turning Second Home London Fields into our own block party, hosted by gal-dem – expect DJs, drinks and a special live performance.

The panel will kick off at 6.30pm, the after party will begin at 8pm.

This event is part of our Redefining Femininity Series – celebrating the power, the pain and pleasure of twenty-first century womanhood through talks, discussions, workshops, food and music.
