Navigating Legal in The Wake of Corona

In this virtual workshop lead by startup business attorney Eugene Kim from Nano Law and labor & employment practitioner Abigail Zelenski from Zelenski Law – we will dive into the myriad of legal issues facing small to medium-sized businesses and employers in the wake of Coronavirus.

They’ll discuss best practices and various laws on how to navigate business continuity, and manage and prepare for closures and reorganizations of your workforce to remote working due to the crisis and explain recent legislation such as the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the CARES Act.

Although this class is recorded from Los Angeles and the focus will be on technical legal compliance with US federal and California state laws, Eugene and Abigail will also share best practices suitable for all businesses.
