In partnership with Now Serving, Second Home hosted chefs René Redzepi, Mette Søberg, and Junichi Takahashi from Noma to discuss their new cookbook, Noma 2.0: Vegetable, Forest, Ocean. The chefs were joined by Matty Matheson and The Bear’s director + writer, Chris Storer. The conversation explored the connection between food and culture, the importance of a sense of place, and building the second iteration of of the world renowned restaurant from concept to execution.
