1) In a few words, tell us about your Second Home Journey and how you got to your current role.

My journey to Second Home started with a call from Hannah, now CEO of Hospitality Confidential, about the GM role at Second Home. After meeting several vital leadership members within the company, and the natural, genuine conversation with Raina, the Head of Los Angeles, I decided Second Home was a great place to be.

2) What do you think makes a good leader?

A good leader should ensure clear, respectful communication at all times. They should operate with integrity and empathy. They should take massive action daily to achieve the company, team members, and personal goals. Finally, a leader should invest in the professional growth of the individuals within their teams.

3) How does it feel that 50% of our workforce are strong independent women?

It’s phenomenal to work at a company with a culture of inclusion. What I love about Second Home is that it’s not just about our amazing strong women; we encompass a diverse and intelligent team at every level.

4) If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to your younger self when they first started at Second Home? 

Covid is not actually over. Unfortunately, it will not be here for a while :(. Honestly, the world and coworking space will be fluid and dynamic in the time of Covid. Being innovative is critical.
