Libreria Analog Weekend: Vinyl Emporium & Practical Synthesiser Workshop

A two day pop-up vinyl emporium curated by NTS DJ Jon Rust with a practical synthesiser workshop with Cy An.

For two days, Libreria bookshop will be transformed into a treasure trove of
rare vinyl, with stacks of specially-selected, disco, funk, Detroit house, UKG and other rarities made available for purchase from the private collections of Andrew Ashong and NTS DJ Jon Rust.

Meanwhile downstairs FKA Twigs collaborator Cy An returns with another two
day programme of practical workshops, intended to demystify the use of
synthesisers in making music.

Day one is aimed at beginners while day two is for more advanced skills and participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of synthesis, together with hands-on experience of using a range of hardware and software to compose sounds.

Vinyl Store is open Saturday – Sunday, 11am – 7pm

Workshops run from 12pm – 4.30pm each day

Saturday 4th August – Day One (Beginners)£45
An introduction to synths and drum machines, hands-on exploration of how to
use them, and the fundamentals of synthesis.

Sunday 5th August – Day Two (Intermediate) £50
A deeper look at synthesis and its use in context. Get to create sounds and
create collaboratively across instruments.

Two Day Course (Saturday & Sunday) – £75 (discounted bundle saves £20)
