Special Guests

Buitumelo Kotekwa

Buitumelo is an Artist, Poet and Storyteller. They’re africanfuturist and their practice through sound and words focuses on the unravelling and reconstruction of our worlds centering the Global South Majority.

In 2019 they became a member of Black Fly, a queer sexual health zine and art collective. They began to host workshops and performances in galleries.

Buitumelo, currently hosts a regular poetry open mic night in East London called Pagesixtyfive, a poetry night for the chaotically inclined to seek and be a balm. Plans are in motion to publish more long form written and audio work in 2024.

Designer Pokuaa Ansere created menswear brand Kwaku Joseph in 2022

Kwaku Joseph celebrates the black british experience in all it’s beautiful and complex forms, exploring the familiarity and nuances of what it is to be black and british and the spaces/areas black brits often inhabit
