Hear artist Robert Montgomery – the ambassador of the global poster campaign Time for Outrage! – discuss outrage, radicalism, and art with critic and writer Hettie Judah and Josie Naughton, Co-Founder of Help Refugees.
Time for Outrage! is a global poster campaign that gives acclaimed artists and members of the public a platform to voice what they are outraged about in the world today.
The first public display of the posters took place on the prominent
billboards of the Great Eastern Street Gallery Wall, London in July-August 2017.
Participating artists included Jake and Dinos Chapman, Dr John Cooper Clarke, Laure Prouvost, Linder Sterling, Robert Montgomery, Kendell Geers and John Isaacs.
The campaign will now travel to Mexico City, Athens, New York, Paris, Moscow, Bogota, Berlin to culminate on the 10th December 2019, International Human Rights Day.
Time for Outrage! is initiated by Alteria Art in collaboration with Unlimited Productions. The London edition was supported by Gaia Art Foundation, Village Underground, Ace Hotel London and with thanks to Wren Artists and Portable Print Studio.
Tickets are free for members and £3 for non-members.
All proceeds from our cultural programme go to the Kibera Hamlets School in Nairobi, where Second Home has funded the construction of a new school building designed by our architects Selgas Cano.
