In this session nutritional therapist Jodie Abrahams will talk about the benefits of a healthy gut to improve your skin, mood, cognitive function and immunity and how to solve symptoms such as bloating, cramping and IBS.
Jodie will talk you through simple steps you can take to promote healthy digestion – from foods that support the right balance of bacteria in your gut, to how you can prepare your digestive system to work effectively before you even start eating.
Jodie holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
She hosts regular workshops and consultations for women and writes for her blog jodieabrahams.com.
