The turmoil of this year has been a true test for most of us. Working and living in isolation, uncertainty about the future and financial instability can be a lot to cope with, even on a good day.
In this interactive workshop we’ll explore the difference between mental health, mental illness and mental wealth. You will learn to identify the signs of positive and sub-optimal mental wellbeing and learn evidence-based techniques to improve your own mental health and support others in and out of the workplace.
This session will challenge stigma and encourage open conversation, making you more adaptable and confident to support your community.
