Hear Ada Calhoun – author of Wedding Toasts I’ll Never Give – in conversation with Editorial Director of The Sunday Times, Eleanor Mills.

The two will discuss Calhoun's new book Wedding Toasts I’ll Never Give, which was inspired by her wildly popular New York Times essay of the same title.

Weaving intimate moments from her own married life with frank insight from experts, clergy and friends, Wedding Toasts I’ll Never Give upends expectations of total marital bliss to present a realistic— but ultimately optimistic—portrait of what marriage is really like.

Tickets are free for members and £3 for non-members.

All proceeds from our cultural programme go to the Kibera Hamlets School in Nairobi, where Second Home has funded the construction of a new school building designed by our architects Selgas Cano.
