In this session, nutritional therapist Jodie Abrahams will share nutrition and lifestyle principles to support women's hormonal balance.
Jodie will discuss the impact of certain foods on female sex hormones, how environmental factors can impact on their delicate balance and some simple tweaks that can help to reduce symptoms such as mood swings, painful periods and hormonal skin breakouts.
Jodie holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She hosts regular workshops and consultations for women and writes for her blog jodieabrahams.com.
