Located just steps away from Sunset Blvd., Second Home Hollywood is an urban oasis filled with natural light and over 6500 plants. It’s LA’s healthiest workspace.


Created in partnership with Madrid-based architecture studio SelgasCano, Second Home transformed a 1960s building by pioneering Los Angeles architect Paul Williams, and an adjacent empty parking lot, into two acres of indoor and outdoor work and event spaces.
The historic building includes shared workspace, meeting rooms, private offices, a shaded courtyard, roof deck and event spaces.
The garden is made up of 60 single-story, oval-shaped garden studios, with yellow, lily pad-like roof structures. Each garden studio is wrapped in curved, transparent, acrylic walls, providing unobscured connections with the outdoors.
