Explore how to distil vital hallmarks of your experience into poems with poet and writer Anthony Anaxagorou.
How do we write poetry about the familiar? Be that your back garden, your local coffee shop or your country of origin?
In this session you'll learn how to extrapolate important information from your memories and perceptions in order to build a narrative around a place.
All ages and abilities welcome.
This is part of Second Home Poetry Festival running from 6-9 June. All profits will be donated to The Rugby Portobello Trust who support programmes set up in response to the fire at Grenfell Tower.
