Join us at Second Home Holland Park where Studio Nourish will be talking about the importance of the gut microbiome and how to balance your plate for health.

The session will be led by Kirsty MacSween, a registered nutritionist practicing functional medicine.

In this session we’ll cover:

  • The core microbiomes within the body
  • Connections between them (i.e. how the oral microbiome can affect gut health)
  • The gut microbiome
  • What impacts and damages your gut microbes
  • How you can better support your gut for future health – from foods, herbs & lifestyle interventions
  • Interactive workshop to build a balanced plate

We’ll also have time for Q&A where you’ll be able to ask all of your gut-related questions, as well as network and meet other like-minded individuals.
